- Heating cylinders diameter is φ1000mm.
- Heating cylinder meets the requirement of national standard for a class of pressure vessel, attached with pressure vessel inspection certificate.
- Four paper guiding rollers, two fixed, another two rotate around cylinder.The movable paper guiding roller is adjusted with electric motor.
- Pre-heating area is adjusted with electric motor, range from 60° to 280°.
- Attached with two geared motors.
- Stainless steel steam soft pipe and drainage device.
- Double pre-heater is composed of upper and down heating units, each unit can work independently or together.
