Diameter of corrugated roller is φ360mm, made of high quality chrome molybdenum steel, the hardness can be HRC55-66 after surface coated with tungsten carbide,using life of corrugated roller is 26-30 million meters.
Pressure roller is made by carbon steel, the surface is treated by grinding and hard chromed。
Gluing roller is pressed into concave flower and hard chromed, prevent splashing.
Upper corrugated roller, glue roller and pressure roller are moved by pressure cylinder.
Doctor roller’s surface is treated with grinding and hard chrome.
Bearings for corrugated rollers,pressure roller are from HRB Bearing, ZWZ Bearing, LYC Bearing – the best bearing brands in China, lubricated with high temperature butter.
The gap between glue roller and doctor roller is adjusted by geared motor and displayed on touch screen.
Air pressure and electric operation are controlled on one cabinet.
Including steam rotary joint, stainless steel soft pipe, drainage device and steam pipe for single facer.
Electric glue separating device(attached with two geared motors).
Electric tracking eye system, breaks paper, stop gluing and shutdown automatically.
