The technical parameters of corrugator machine :

1.The working temperature of corrugated rollers in Corrugator machine – single facer is up to 160 degrees (pressure more than 0.9MPa).

2. The gap between pressure roller and corrugated roller varies 0.2-0.5mm.

3. The gap between glue roller and wiper roller varies 0.1-0.3mm.

4. The gap between glue roller and corrugated roller varies 0.2-0.3mm.

5. The paper guide sheet between corrugated roller varies 0.35-0.4mm.

6. When shutdown the corrugated machine, the gap between glue roller and corrugated roller is 5mm.

In the glue machine, the gap between glue roller and wiper roller varies 0.2-0.3mm, pressure roller and glue roller less than 3mm.

The technical parameters of corrugated cardboard slitting machine, the gap between upper and bottom slitting blades varies 5-10μm, the gap between upper and bottom scoring wheels varies 2-4mm。
